Established in 1994, Seraia Land is a dynamic player amongst the burgeoning new-age property developer scene in Alor Setar, Kedah. The successor to Vital Builders, Seraia Land is armed with a vision to craft bespoke homes that promise future potential, where it prioritizes development efforts in the suburban areas of major cities. Striving to offer elevated alternatives away from the ever bustling city centers, Seraia Land aspires to rekindle appreciation towards the beauty of nature with its sustainably built properties that are tailored with modernity and functionality in mind.

Driven by a mission to elevate suburban living, Seraia Land is helmed by Tan Chuan Kim who once held the position of managing director of TLS Development. With more than 10 years of industry experience under his belt, Tan had masterminded a host of major projects, with the most prominent project being delivered in the form of a 665-house mixed development project in Jitra that brought his remarkable tally up to more than 1000 houses built in his impressive career.
